A 3.7 x 3.2 x 2.0 cm matrix, the top covered by excellent idiomorphic lustrous crystals of adamite to 1.5 cm in length. No damage. The adamite crystals grade from a greenish-yellow to reddish-brown in color; even some reddish-purple color is present. Neat for this species! Ex Lloyd Tate collection.

Richly crystallized lustrous green prismatic mostly non-terminated crystals of atacamite to 1.2 cm in length are covering the top of a 3.8 x 3.2 x 2.8 cm matrix. In very good condition damage-wise; quite good for the species! Ex Lloyd Tate collection.

Choice glassy transparent colorless calcite crystals, the largest just over 2.5 cm in height, are partly filled with native copper and set on a thin matrix. There is crystallized native copper scattered about as well. Very clean of damage and measures 4.0 x 3.8 x 3.5 cm in size overall. Minor prehnite in association. Outstanding large sharply formed undamaged crystals of native copper measuring to 4.0 cm in height are set up perfectly from a "matrix" of smaller copper crystals. Shows perfectly all around 360 degrees and measures 11.2 x 6.0 x 5.0 cm in size overall. The crystals have an excellent patina. Ref: The Mineralogical Record: 23: 2.

Lovely pale bluish-purple glassy transparent gem quality cubic fluorite crystals to 3.5 cm on edge are forming an aesthetic 8.8 x 8.0 x 4.5 cm cluster without matrix. One crystal edge at the extreme lower left of the piece is slightly chipped. Overall this is in excellent condition damage-wise. Very choice! Ex Lloyd Tate collection.

Lovely gem quality glassy cubic crystals of green fluorite to 3.2 cm on edge are forming a showy 8.8 x 6.7 x 3.0 cm cluster without matrix. One tiny chip is present on a crystal edge as seen in the photos; otherwise perfect and in very good condition damage-wise. The color is great making for a very pretty piece. Beautiful water-clear gem quality pale green cubic crystals of fluorite, the main one 4.5 cm on edge, are forming a matrix-less 6.8 x 5.0 x 4.3 cm cluster. Very tiny chipping is present in a few areas; this minimal and almost non-existent to the naked eye. Neat beveling on the cubic crystal edges. The quality is excellent for this locality. A gorgeous gem quality water clear transparent glassy octahedral fluorite crystal measuring 4.3 x 3.9 x 3.3 cm in size without matrix. Minor silvery muscovite in association. Not quite complete on the back side with some cleaving. Perfect from the front. The color is very pale pink, with some green. Highly transparent - this is a beautiful crystal! A superbly crystallized example for this species! A 4.3 x 4.0 x 2.4 cm open vug matrix, the front side lined with sparkling deep green crystals of libethenite to 0.3 cm in size. No damage. A very classy looking crystallized plate of quartz measuring 14.0 x 10.0 x 2.8 cm in size overall. The quartz crystals are very slightly amethystine on the bottom, capped off by sparkling snow white quartz at the terminations. Crystals average 2.0 - 2.5 cm in size and are very clean and free of damage. This is definitely a "step up" in quality from the normal Guanajuato quartz specimens. The quality is excellent. Beautiful richly colored glassy gem quality amethyst crystals, the main one double terminated and measuring 5.2 cm in length, are set on a small amount of matrix. I can find two areas with very tiny chipping, these found using a 10x loupe only. Overall to the naked eye this is in very good condition damage-wise. The color and luster are great. Beautiful twinned crystals of native silver forming an aesthetic grouping coming off a small breccia matrix. Measures 4.8 x 4.0 x 2.0 cm in size overall; shows perfectly all around 360 degrees. No damage. The quality is outstanding for this locality! Ex Lloyd Tate collection. I originally sold this to Mr. Tate in 2001; this was from a small lot of five choice miniatures that came available in Peru at the time.

A very pretty combination piece from this prolific locality. A large translucent glassy lustrous terminated smoky quartz crystal measuring 6.5 cm in height is partly coated with sparkling deep red crystals of spessartine to 0.7 cm in size. The crystal is complete all around 360 degrees. With my 10x loupe I can find one tiny chip at the upper left part of the quartz termination; I did not see this with my naked eye. Measures 7.8 x 6.5 x 4.5 cm in size overall. Minor white feldspar matrix is attached. This is from one of the earlier finds at this locality dating to 2000. Ex Lloyd Tate collection.
